Brooke is the Accounting Manager for the Residential Opportunity Fund. As Accounting Manager, Brooke is responsible for overseeing accounting entries, cash projections, budgeting and billing for the Residential Fund. She is also in charge of the integration of the Yardi Software System. Brooke has held her S.C. Property Management License for over 26 years. She has experience with a variety of operating systems including Yardi One, Yardi Voyager and Resman. For the past 10 years was a Regional Portfolio Manager where she lead 9 properties in 3 states with over 1400 units.
