Joyce has 30+ years of experience in property management and is a key element to Blue Ridge's Property Management success. A Greenville native, Joyce brings extensive local knowledge to our team, our investors and our residents.
Joyce worked for GFR Rental Properties for 20 years managing 450 residential units. While at GFR, she managed payroll, bookkeeping, all property management, maintenance dispatch, leasing and all other elements of the property management at a high excellence level. Upon the sale of that portfolio, Joyce worked for 8 years at Unlimited Properties where she managed 380 residential units and 4 commercial properties. She increased the revenue of the properties by an astonishing $1,400,000 per year through extensive market research on rents, and working tenant by tenant, person by person, to increase rents over time sustainably and by minimizing vacancy.
Now with Blue Ridge, Joyce manages 80+ commercial tenants across 45+ properties throughout the Southeastern U.S. (MS, AL, GA, TN, NC, SC, FL). She also manages 100+ residential units in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Charlotte. Joyce also handles bookkeeping, maintenance, residential leasing, and all tenant service needs and is a key to Blue Ridge's industry-leading service and property management innovation.
