RYAN BHEIR, PORTFOLIO MANAGER - COMMERCIAL FUNDS

Ryan is the Portfolio Manager for Commercial Funds. He leads the effort on ensuring profitability, management, and growth. As Portfolio Manager, he oversees the day-to-day fund operations, manages risk, minimizes expenses and increases revenues. He is responsible for acquisitions, managing due diligence and research to successfully get to closing under terms that are accretive to the portfolios. Previously, Ryan served as an Investment and Asset Management Analyst for RealtyLink. Ryan graduated with a B.S. degree in Finance and Economics from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
